Since 1970, Mazzoni Frozen has supplied leading jam, yoghurt and juice producers in Europe, it has developed the production of frozen fruit integrating research into patented strawberry varieties for specific uses in artisan ice-cream production or the food industries.
The factory at Tresigallo (FE) manages the sale of more than 15.000 tonnes/year with skilled staff to export all over the world and store products with innovative BRC/IFS certified technology.
The Mazzoni Group has worked for decades with leading processing/distribution companies in the frozen fruit and vegetable sector. Expert staff along with specialised technicians manage and control the production of berry fruits in the most suitable areas of the planet. The products are picked at the right ripening stage, carefully sorted and frozen, so as to maintain their organoleptic properties.

Mazzoni offers its product range 365 days a year, the sales office is open all year round to meet any customer need. The logistics office is responsible for transport including the Just-in-Time service with delivery all over Italy in the fastest possible time, using its own vehicles or external services that have been proven in more than 40 years of work.
Mazzoni offers products in 10-20-25 kg packs for industrial processing or 2.5kg packs for distribution requirements.
Research gained in the strawberry sector, combined with thorough knowledge of the specific qualities of each single product (often differentiated depending on the area of origin, the varieties, the picking stage, etc.) allow Mazzoni to offer every customer the product that best meets their specific needs.
