Certain frozen products such as banana rounds, calibrated strawberries, sliced grapes, sliced plums, sliced apricot, kiwi rounds, blueberries, raspberries, etc., are perfect for fruit salads.
The lemon, red orange, late Ciaculli mandarin and pink grapefruit juices are 100%% natural and of Sicilian origin. Ready for eating when defrosted.
Frozen fruit is used by all producers of high quality jam, the pieces of fruit remain in the jam even after cooking.
The home-made ice-cream can be made with frozen fruit or with the more convenient fruit purées. The specific varieties of strawberries make the ice-cream different from competitors.
The apple and strawberry cubes and the small berry fruits are those used by strudel cake manufacturers of South Tyrol.
