The fruit is sorted in our fields and checked at our factory by the quality manager and expert personnel. A sample is then sent to an independent certified lab for analysis.
The cubes for specific uses, such as jams, preparations for yoghurt etc., are cut from fresh fruit in our factories with automated machines that operate at millimetre-level precision. The standard cuts are: 10×10, 12×12, 14×14. Specific cuts available on request.
The frozen Fruit Shells are produced for pastry and ice-cream producers that want to offer something different. The fresh product is processed, washed and frozen with a patented system. The shells offered include: Lemon, Orange, Coconut, Peach, Green and Red Apple, Pineapple, Melon.
