Since 2015, Mazzoni Frozen has offered a vast range of purée produced at the Tresigallo factory.
The production, supervised by food technologists, is carried out using an innovative automatic system for processing fresh fruit into ready-to-eat purée, without the addition of colouring, preservatives or artificial flavourings. The fruit purée is packaged in convenient 1kg trays with a safety seal and frozen to maintain the freshness and aroma of the just-picked fruit.
